As a sustainable and ethical business, we believe in the 3Ps: people, planet, profit. We will always prioritise people’s wellbeing and sustainability over profit. We know that the COVID-19 pandemic has raised concerns as regards the environment. So, we have decided to stay true to our ethos and opt for eco-friendly solutions to ensure the cleanliness of the venue.
We have carefully selected cleaning products that are efficient and non-aggressive for the environment. We do not use bleach for example. In order to prevent the risks of contamination, we use bento boxes for our catering. These boxes are biodegradable. We do not use single-use plastic in our venue, as part of our commitment to the MIA’s #20PercentLess campaign. When items cannot be reused, we have made sure that they can either be compostable or biodegradable.
We use Fairtrade and locally produced seasonal ingredients in our menus where possible.
We have options available for breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks. We can cater for a wide range of dietary requirements.
