Grid Faries aims to end the use of diesel at festivals and outdoor events, by providing battery power in the short term – an onsite source of clean electricity. In tandem it investigates the installation of permanent grid connections and provide funded solutions to make that happen.
The third limb of Grif Faeries work is to look to build new green energy generation projects adjacent to festival and event sites, – to help cover the cost of bringing in the grid and to directly generate the power needed by the event itself.
