Teabag Chihuahua Ltd operates three mobile catering units and one ‘build-up’ marquee unit operating under the names Santa Fe Mexican, New Mexico Cantina, and Amexica. We cater music festivals and events of all sizes and genres throughout the UK and Ireland with quality, freshly prepared, healthy offerings.
Our food is always prepared fresh on site from whole foods. We offer the widest selection of burritos, nachos and chillies on the circuit including options for vegans, vegetarians and individuals with gluten and dairy intolerances. The following ‘food pledge’ is written large across each of our catering units.
With our experience of catering more than 490 festivals and events since 2002, we can assist you too. We will provide great food and American service with a smile regardless of the severity of the mud, gales, or floods. Like the scouts, we are prepared!
Our catering trailers and build-up unit are colourful and eye-catching. The stainless steel interiors are attractive and reflect our attention to cleanliness and food safety.
The Food Standards Agency and Wiltshire County Council have given us a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 (very good) and we have maintained this rating for 15 years.
The bronze medal for demonstrating an outstanding level of food safety in catering at outdoor events was recently awarded to us by Reading Borough Council. Reading Borough Council has awarded us similar gold or bronze medals on four previous occasions.
